Metropolitan Artist Lofts is a pet-friendly community - Cats & dogs (even big dogs) are welcome!

- Pet Limit: 2 per home
- Pet Deposit: $200 per pet/due at time of move-in ($100 refundable)
- Monthly Rent: $25 per pet
